While in a Tailored Looks Sewing Class, you may be using equipment such as sewing machines, irons, rotary cutters, and other tools that could be harmful if used incorrectly. Every effort will be made by Tailored Looks staff to ensure that the space and equipment provided are in working and safe condition. *

Participation in the use of any equipment before, during and after class is solely at the risk and liability of the student. *

If participating in Open Lab, students will not have 1-on-1 support and it is assumed the student knows proper safety techniques while operating equipment and tools. *

Due to the potentially dangerous nature of sewing equipment and tools, Tailored looks will not accept liability for any injury or damages that students may suffer related to the Tailored Looks class or activities sponsored by Tailored Looks *

Tailored Looks has safety protocols in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however Tailored Looks cannot guarantee students will not become exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while in class. *

In the case of injury while at the studio, any cost incurred from the emergency medical treatment or medical transportation to the local hospital will solely be the responsibility of the student. *

Any personal belongings of the student that attends class with Tailored Looks remain the sole responsibility of the student. Tailored Looks shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or belongings. *

Tailored Looks has the absolute rights and permission to publish and/or copyright photographs taken before, during and after class. These photographs may be used for the following purposes: website, marketing materials, books and other publications regarding Tailored Looks. Photos may be used without compensation to me and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. *
